• Due to the nature of this product we cannot accept returns or exchanges for boxes that have been opened. The design inside any given box is unknown (even to us!) and some designs are rarer than others.

We package and ship your order within 2 business days of order receipt and credit card payment confirmation. We ship via a traceable method and use the best carrier based on rates and shipping destination. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Our flat rate shipping fees are as follows:

Up to 1 pound = $5
Up to 4 pounds = $12
Up to 8 pounds = $16
*Flat rate excludes Alaska, Hawaii and several islands. Flat rate also excludes some larger items, which are noted in their Product Page.
